Dennis Santilli
Executive Chairman
Dennis Santilli is one of the industry’s most respected and enduring figures. Starting his 30-year career as a construction site engineer and project manager, Dennis has since headed his own companies, forging an enviable reputation for delivering institutional grade commercial and industrial property developments to major tenant customers Australia wide.
Dennis co-founded CIP in 2003, sold 50% of the business to Charter Hall in 2007 and 100% of the business to ESR in 2018. During it’s time, CIP had significant corporate ventures with GPT, Frasers (Australand), Walker Corporation and Charter Hall.
As the Executive Chairman of Santilli Group, Dennis continues to focus on robust values-led leadership while acting as the crucial link between the Board and management. Leveraging his immense expertise, Dennis is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial position, strategic performance and overall affairs, while keeping an active on-the-ground presence within the business.
Scott Buchanan
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Scott Buchanan co-founded a rebranded version of Santilli Group in 2020 with veteran operator Dennis Santilli. By doing so, they cemented the company’s reputation as one of the industry’s most enduring operators. As CEO and Managing Director of Santilli Group, Scott’s focus is on strategic leadership and generating outstanding value for clients in the commercial, industrial and investment management sectors.
With a wealth of experience in the field, Scott is an admired C-suite executive with a human-centric approach. Skilled in every aspect of property development and asset management, including capital raising, commercial negotiation and risk management, Scott has been at the helm of successful large-scale commercial and industrial property developments across Australia. He has also steered companies through structural change to enable rapid business growth and relevance in a highly charged market.
Daniel Santilli
Director
As a Director on the Board of the Santilli Group Board, Daniel Santilli oversees site development and construction. With about 15 years’ experience within the commercial and industrial sector, Daniel has managed multi-million dollar construction projects on behalf of national clients across the country, including leading retail brands and organisations across a range of industries.
He brings an extensive knowledge of construction management to his directorial role at Santilli that includes the entire life cycle of a project, including design management, cost reporting, contract administration, resource control and innovative construction methods. Daniel has been a stalwart in the family business, stepping into various leadership positions through Santilli’s incarnations as D & R Santilli Constructions, Santilli Group & Australand, CIP and other joint ventures.
Luke Santilli
Director
With almost a decade of experience in construction management, most recently at CIP, Luke Santilli has been at the helm of a range of projects across a variety of builds, including logistics, recycling and transport. He has deftly managed large teams to deliver multi-million projects across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
As Director at Santilli Group, Luke is responsible for successfully executing projects from end to end, from overall project planning, resource distribution and risk management to overseeing the budget and stakeholder relationships. Luke brings to his role a potent combination of leadership, people and business management skills.
